Property Management and Landlord Program Discounts:

Delivery Details and Conditions:
Items can be dropped off to porch or garage for at home customers or positioned in place* by a delivery person.
If the item must be taken upstairs there is a fee of $25.00 for this service. If we discover there are stairs at time of delivery, for the safety of our delivery personnel the delivery will be left at the bottom of the stairs in a secure area chosen by the customer or rescheduled for another date with 2 delivery persons, after payment of the stair fee.
Van Camps Appliances II cannot install the following items:
If we cannot bring your appliance to the installation site, we will either arrange delivery for another date or leave the appliance in a secure area chosen by the customer.
Customer Responsibilities and Requests:
The customer is responsible for replacement of all filters and light bulbs on all appliances.
The customer may request for items to be plugged in, such as electric ranges, refrigerators, freezers, on the counter microwaves, washers and dryers. This excludes any hard-wired appliances.
The customer may request the installation of the standard hoses and connections to a washing machine; however, any visually faulty connections will result in a non-hook up and will become the customers responsibility. A note of non-hook up will be added to the customer file for warranty purposes and a notification to the management company will be issued regarding the faulty connections.
We are not responsible for any water damage caused by dishwashers, washing machines, hot water heaters, plumbing, refrigerators, dryers and water lines.
We are not responsible for any loss of food or beverages in refrigerators or freezers.

Van Camps Appliances II cannot install the following items:
- Gas lines on appliances
- Water lines for refrigerators: Exceptions may be made if the fixture is already installed, and the water supply is shut off. However, we are unable to install the necessary plumbing components to connect a water line to the refrigerator.
- Dishwashers - water hose or drainage hose
- Over the Range Microwaves.
- Hard Wired Appliances
