If you are buying a new refrigerator, be aware that it can take 8 hours or more for the refrigerator to get to the proper temperature for storing food. Please plan accordingly. If you are having the refrigerator delivered, we can plug the item in on site and cool it ahead of delivery to the best of our ability. Warming may happen during delivery time.

Glass Top Electric Stoves
All electric stoves are 30" wide unless otherwise indicated. These stoves require a 220V outlet. Your plug head will either have 3 prongs or 4 prongs (grey cord or black cord). Knowing which you will need is helpful, but it can be replaced with the proper cord on site or at time of delivery for no extra fee.

These units are generally hardwired directly into the wiring of your home. Van Camps Appliances II cannot connect the electricity for hard wired units, nor can we attach the gas line to these units. An electrician can install the electrical connection and your gas company is able send a tech out to make sure the gas is connected properly and safely. If you know you will be receiving a delivery, you can coordinate with us and your gas company or electrician to have same day installation.

Gas Cook Tops
Van Camps Appliances II cannot attach the gas line to these units, however if you call your gas company, they are able send a tech out to make sure it's done properly and safely. Over The Range Microwaves
Van Camps Appliances II cannot install over the range microwaves. We can provide a referral to a 3rd party who is able to install. Just ask for information at the front desk or call us @6022762322.
